The great work of Shree Ambika Yoga Niketan continues with the inspiration of Param Pujya Hathyogi Shri Nikam Guruji. All practices we teach are curated by Guruji for a balanced family life — because “Yoga is a way of life.” Our courses reflect that philosophy, bringing peace and health to everyday living.
