Syllabus (Week-by-Week)
Weeks 1–3
- Basics of Yoga, Kardarshan, Netrasnan, Ganesh Dhauti, Ashwini Mudra, Jaldhauti, Vajrasana, Moolbandh, Pranakarshan Kriya, Brahmamudra, loosening drills, Padmasana, Kapalbhati.
- Diet info, Jalneti, Naman Mudra, Yog Mudra 1 & 2, full Kapalbhati.
- Ujjayi (3 types), OM chanting, Shankh Prakshalana series, group teaching & checks.
Weeks 4–6
- Shitkari, Shitali, Vayusar, Utthitpadasana, Gayatri mantra.
- Agnisara, Shalabhasana, Bhujangasana, Yama.
- Uddiyan Bandh, Suryanamaskar, Niyama.
Weeks 7–12
- Paschimottanasana & Halasana rolling, Pawanmuktasana, massage; checks.
- Sarvangasana, Matsyasana, Kandharasana, Chakrasana, Tratak.
- Naukasana (4 types), Shwanasana, Marjarasana, Shavasana.
- Dhanurasana, Kainchi, Akarna Dhanurasana, Simhasana; Shavasana practice.
- Ardha Matsyendrasana, Gomukhasana, Ushtrasana.
- Tadasana, Utkatasana, recap & repetition; certificate presentation.
